My name is Dr. Alden Bush. I am a bilingual, board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate from Columbia University. I specialize in diagnosing and treating ADHD in adults through a comprehensive bio-psycho-social approach. ADHD is not just about difficulties with concentration, memory lapses, or executive dysfunction; it is a complex condition that requires effective behavior modification and a deep understanding of the emotional challenges associated with being neurodivergent. In my treatment plan, I also emphasize the importance of recognizing each patient’s unique social developmental journey since childhood. A little about me: I approach the treatment of ADHD from a personal perspective, having lived with the disorder since childhood. This firsthand experience provides me with unique insights into the challenges and nuances of managing ADHD effectively. NOTE: I AM CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING PATIENTS WHO ARE SEEKING ADHD EVALUATION AND TREATMENT, OR THOSE WISHING TO TRANSFER AN EXISTING TREATMENT PLAN TO A NEW PROVIDER.
